Ko-Ichi is part of WoodWorks, a small business situated on the Isle of Arran, off the west coast of Scotland. Here in a workshop shared with my partner Ruth Mae, the woodturner, and overlooking the sea, I make furniture, kitchens, staircases. I am a member of the Scottish Furniture Makers Association. And, of course, I make drums.
